Client panel and cPanel access are protected with SMS or authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) based two-factor authentication. Account access remains secure even in password-leak scenarios.

JetBackup backup and disaster recovery infrastructure

Backup Policy and Data Recovery

On hosting services, all accounts are automatically backed up by JetBackup on a weekly cycle. For our VDS and dedicated server customers, the backup cycle runs daily. Backup copies are kept on storage systems independent from the production server.

For customers without a backup service, we offer paid data recovery for data losses caused by user error, incorrect operations or malware infection. To fully safeguard your data integrity, we recommend choosing our optional backup packages.

Our disaster-recovery plan ensures systems are brought back online from alternative sources in case of hardware faults, physical incidents or infrastructure-level outages. For critical data we target a 4-hour RPO and a 2-hour RTO.

Multi-Carrier Redundant Network & DE-CIX Peering

Bogahost's network backbone is not dependent on a single operator. We have independently contracted backup lines from the data center with multiple operators, including Türk Telekom, TurkNet and Turkcell Superonline. In case of an operator failure, traffic is rerouted to an alternative line within milliseconds.

Domestically we peer with TR-IX, and internationally with DE-CIX Frankfurt. The transit-provider stack is therefore eliminated; average latency measures 5–15 ms within Turkey and 35–50 ms from Europe.

What does a multi-carrier redundant network mean?

In addition to the lines provided by the data center, we also have independently contracted backup lines with Türk Telekom, TurkNet and Turkcell Superonline. In case of a single-operator failure, BGP routing automatically switches to an alternative line and no traffic interruption is experienced.

What does the DDoS protection cover?

All services include DDoS protection at no extra cost. The 1.2 Tbps scrubbing center on the Mars Datacenter backbone automatically filters volumetric, protocol and application-layer attacks. For attacks exceeding the threshold, the authorized response team intervenes within 90 seconds.

How do backup and disaster recovery work?
