An SLA is the agreement in which a service provider commits in writing to measurable targets for its service. For server services the main target is uptime; the agreement also defines which tasks belong to the provider and which to the customer.
The Bogahost SLA commits to your server running and reachable 99% of the time. In months that fall below the commitment, a service credit is applied. You can read the full text on the SLA Agreement page.
Read the SLA AgreementEvery server in the Bogahost infrastructure is tracked around the clock by advanced monitoring systems. Per-minute checks at the HTTP, ICMP and service level detect potential access problems before you even notice them, so our engineers can intervene immediately. Thanks to this proactive approach, your website, e-mail and database services stay online with a 99% uptime guarantee.
A Service Level Agreement is not just a promise — it is a measurable commitment. If monthly uptime ever falls below the guaranteed level, the service credit verified against independent monitoring records is applied to your invoice automatically, with no lengthy claims process.
Your managed support runs on a data-center infrastructure built for continuity: N+1 redundant power, UPS and generator backup, redundant cooling and multiple independent carriers. This Tier III-class foundation keeps your services resilient even during hardware faults or maintenance windows, minimising the risk of downtime.
Choose the tier that matches your workload — from essential monitoring and control-panel support to full server administration, OS updates, performance optimisation and backup restores. We operate the server side end to end, so you can focus entirely on growing your business instead of managing infrastructure.
A clear line between what we operate and what you manage.
Each higher tier includes everything in the tier below. Choose by which server tasks you want to leave to us.
Control-panel support, server monitoring, reinstallation, checking system issues and operating-system password reset. For those who manage their own server but want support behind them.
In addition to Tier 1: service optimization, backup restore, periodic operating-system updates, ready-script installation and resolving user-caused issues. For those who want to leave routine maintenance to us.
In addition to Tier 2: website installations and resolving software issues. For businesses without a technical team that do not want to deal with the server at all.
Managed support across the leading operating systems, control panels and server services.

The SLA commits in writing that your server stays running and reachable (99% uptime), that server-side services work, and provides automatic remedy if we miss the target. Website, e-mail and code are the customer's responsibility.
Our core principle: server, network and service health are on us; website setup, e-mail configuration, coding and database are 'operations under the customer's responsibility'. We can take these on for a fee under the managed support tiers.
Level 1 covers basic support; Levels 2 and 3 add server reinstallation, service optimization, ready-script install and user-caused issue resolution. All three levels are billed monthly; current prices and the full comparison table are on this page.
On shared/reseller hosting, control-panel support, SSL, weekly backup, migration and 99% uptime are free. Managed server support, daily/off-site backup, advanced DDoS, extra IP and premium support are optional/paid. Backup is purchased separately for VDS, dedicated and colocation.
We commit to 99% monthly server availability and monitor 24/7. Planned maintenance, customer-caused issues and force majeure are excluded. All terms and remedies are defined in the SLA Agreement.

Once your payment is confirmed, the relevant support level is added to your account the same day. Provisioning times vary by plan: instant on shared hosting, 1-4 hours on VPS, and 24-72 hours on dedicated servers depending on configuration and stock. Support tickets are open 24/7, with a first response within 30 minutes for critical issues.
You can take the same support level on a monthly or yearly cycle; use the Monthly/Yearly toggle in the table to compare prices instantly. Yearly billing covers 12 months in a single payment and reduces the number of invoices. All prices are exclusive of 20% VAT.
Yes. As your needs grow you can move to a higher support level. A paid level can be cancelled at the end of the paid period; your service then continues with the standard support included with your plan. Just open a support ticket to upgrade or cancel.
Always-on volumetric (L3/L4) DDoS protection is included on all services at no extra cost, keeping your services online during attacks. Your systems are monitored 24/7 and anomalies are handled with automatic mitigation. Advanced application-layer (L7) protection is available optionally.
Weekly backups are free on shared and reseller hosting. On VDS, dedicated and colocation services, backup is not included free and must be purchased separately. In all cases, keeping a current backup of your own data remains your responsibility; we recommend additional/off-site backups for critical data.
If the measured monthly uptime falls below the committed target, simply open a support ticket within 7 days of the incident, stating the affected service and the downtime period. Your claim is verified against independent monitoring records and any valid credit is applied automatically to your next invoice. Credit rates and all terms are defined in the SLA Agreement.
