Your card data is handled on PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure and is never transmitted to, stored on, or viewed on Bogahost servers under any circumstances. All data traffic is end-to-end encrypted with TLS 1.3.
Credit/debit card payments are credited automatically within 1-3 seconds after 3D Secure verification, activating your service instantly. Bank wire/EFT payments are typically confirmed within 15-60 minutes during business hours, or on the next business day otherwise. USDT crypto payments are activated within 5-30 minutes depending on the relevant network confirmations (TRC20, ERC20 etc.).
Yes. Subject to your card-issuing bank's POS installment campaigns, 3, 6 or 9 installment options are presented during checkout. Installment rates apply at the bank's current tariff and are displayed clearly in the cart summary. Special installment campaigns are also available for annual and multi-year hosting/server plans.
After your bank transfer, click "Create Payment Notice" in your customer panel and report the corresponding invoice, transferred amount and transaction date. Your notice is reviewed and approved by our finance team within a maximum of 60 minutes during business hours. Attaching the EFT/wire receipt in the notes speeds up the confirmation.
Currently Bogahost accepts only USDT (Tether) as a cryptocurrency. When you select USDT at checkout, a dedicated wallet address and a time-locked exchange amount are generated; once confirmed on the blockchain, your service is activated automatically. For hosting services, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. The refund amount is returned via the original payment method after deducting payment-provider commissions. There is no right of withdrawal for domain names, SSL certificates, software licences, virtual servers (VDS) and dedicated servers under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Law No. 6502).
Bogahost handles its e-invoice and e-archive operations through the Paraşüt accounting platform. When you register your tax number, tax office and company title in your customer panel, a legal e-archive/e-invoice is generated automatically through Paraşüt for every payment, submitted to the Turkish Revenue Administration (GIB), uploaded to your panel and sent to your registered e-mail address. Processing typically completes within 5-15 minutes of payment approval.
